Program Overview
Overview:
CEO is a mentoring and internship program that is designed to help prepare students with disabilities for the professional workplace. Each student is paired with a mentor who works in the student’s career field of interest.
Desired Outcome:
The model aims to expose students to careers in which they have an interest, and equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in a post-secondary environment.
Target population:
Juniors, Seniors, and exceptional Sophomores, pursuing a diploma, who have a documented disability, per an IEP or 504 plan.
