CEO Program Mentors are the essential component of the CEO Program model. Our mentors help expose selected interns to the world of competitive employment by guiding them through career focused projects and supervising them during summer internships. CEO Program mentor/intern pairings are based on mentor expertise, as well as student interests, so mentors are always well poised to support their interns.
The CEO program is an abilities-focused program designed to inspire excellence. All of our interns bring with them unique strengths and weaknesses, abilities and disabilities, but all of our interns are held to the same high standards. Interns are selected through a rigorous application process that includes an in-person interview and staff recommendations. We expect that every intern comes ready to work and ready to learn.
In order to provide our students with a broader array of career exploration opportunities, we are always on the lookout for additional professional mentors.
